Customer Success is one of CyberMaxx’s core pillars. We believe customers deserve layered support, the same way they get layered security, from the first sales conversation through onboarding and every day after. That’s why we’ve made two key investments in our Customer Success organization.

Alex Cypert has joined CyberMaxx as Senior Director, Customer Experience. He leads our Customer Success team and is focused on driving measurable improvements in customer satisfaction across our managed security services portfolio.

Sean Raffetto has joined as Director, Account Management. He leads our Account Management team and owns every engagement across the CyberMaxx customer base.

Alex and Sean will work as a team to make sure every customer sees real, measurable value. We’re glad to have them on board, and we’re looking forward to what they bring to customer engagements in the weeks and months ahead.
