Nashville, TN – CyberMaxx, a leader in cybersecurity solutions predominantly for healthcare and other heavily regulated industries, announced today that Gregory M. DeMars, CFA has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. DeMars will report to Jason Riddle, Chief Executive Officer.
DeMars comes to CyberMaxx with significant experience with private equity-backed tech-enabled services companies. Prior to CyberMaxx, he led a successful exit as CFO for private equity-backed PrizeLogic, the largest independent digital engagement company powering loyalty, promotions, and rebate programs for brands. Prior to PrizeLogic, he was the SVP of Finance for a private equity-backed FinTech company. His career also includes tenures in asset management, investment banking, and private equity.
DeMars is a native of Michigan and a graduate of the University of Dayton. He earned an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
